People that come there for spend holidays or invest in. there, all believe that something is going to happen, bustiling streets allied a wrong commercial administration by native people make foreing people believe that is possible live and gain the life there, in fact, the majority who invested in ponta negra were foreing who went and realized all the possibilities. But ponta negra has problems too, more than 160 building projetcs are suspendent by government and issues are being discourses by the comunity. there is not sanitation in ponta negra and people think that approve all this projetcs will triplicate the population causing many problems. Some of then are; how will behave the way of trasnport, irregular buildings projetcs, basic sanitation, culture and life of native people.
